I won my tournament on Saturday in submission grappling!

We went over getting rear naked choke finishes. Starts out by pulling a tricep towards you, kicking the far leg into legs then double legs. gets wrist control, roll to your back and slip in the naked choke.

Then we went over getting out of the choke, putting both hands crossed over your neck to catch it and scooting away from the arm the choke is coming from.

After that we went for real matches.
