I usually work out 4-5 days a week. So I don't do the same routine on the same day. It is always changing.
This is my diet so far, 6 -7 meals a day.
I have a cheat meal Friday night though...
My supplements are:
Fish oil, ON 100% whey, Multi-Vitamin, Con-cret, SP250, SizeON, ZMA, Glucosamine.
I use 1/2 a scoop of SizeON with 1 scoop Con-cret after gym.
